He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Azulay and Geraldine Azulay (Silva); and his siblings, Roxane Knight and Michael Azulay. He is survived by : his wife Gina Azulay (Aiello). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
