He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kall and Anna Kall (Edge); and his siblings, Carol, Geraldine, James, Sonny, John Kall and Betty Salerno.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine A. Kall (Lertas); his children, Erika E. Dias (Mike) of Rehoboth, Joseff, Jonathan and Michael Dias, Jr.; and his siblings, Jane Rist, Amelia Kall, Charles Kall and Brian Roth (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
