Tavares (Sarah) of Leicester, MA.; his sister Maria Fatima Costa (Manuel); and his grandchildren, Kaylee Grace, Jacob Daniel, Samuel James, William Michael and Gabriel John Tavares. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
