She is survived by: her husband Carlo Abruzzio; her children, Thomas Abruzzio of Revere, Kenneth Abruzzio of Revere and Carla Abruzzio Havanidis of Revere; her siblings, Nick Vaccaro (Iggy) and Corrine; and her pets, Leo, Gia and Rocco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews as well as friends and her chosen children and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the J. S. Waterman Langone Chapel (580 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leonard Church (320 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02113).
