He was predeceased by : his sibling-in-law Thomas; his sister Joann Giannino of Revere; his sibling-in-law Christy; and his siblings, Richard Kolinsky (Jean) of Wakefield, Anna Dearborn (Edward) of Revere, Dennis Pettigrew (Cathy) of New Port Richie, Stanley M. Kolinsky (Gail) of Wakefield and Ronnie Kolinsky (Sue) of Saugus.

He is survived by : his wife Betty A. Kolinsky (Clark) of Gloucester; his daughters, Heather (James DeLap) and Heidi (Daniel Allard); his grandchildren, Jack Allard, Katherine DeLap and Samuel DeLap (Laura Beth); his sister Mary Ellen Peterson of St. Petersburg; and his friends, Joni Nigro, Paula Federico and Tommy Bickford (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
