She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Cain, Sr. of Pittsfield, MA; and her brothers, Robert Pugliese of North Adams, MA and Joseph LaVigne of North Adams, MA.. She is survived by : her children, Kelley Ann Cain of Pittsfield, MA, Paul Cain, Jr. of Pittsfield, MA and Shannon Cain Tumino of Newport, RI.; her brother Dennis Pugliese of Clarksburg, MA; her son-in-law John Tumino of Newport, RI; and her granddaughter Sadie Rose Tumino of Newport, RI..

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dwyer Family Funeral Home (776 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (191 Elm St, Pittsfield, MA 01201).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandra's memory can be made to The Christian Center of Pittsfield.
