It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. Gallant of Rochdale, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Richard Gallant and Dolores Mattson; and his parents, Joseph S. and Rita B. Gallant (Robidoux). He is survived by : his wife Susan Gallant (Arent) of Rochdale; his sons, Mark Gallant of Auburn, Paul Gallant (Alida) of Leominster and Richard Gallant of Worcester; his grandchildren, Zachary, Marissa, Nicole, Dylan, Cameron, Ryan and Mia; his siblings-in-law, Carol Laprade (Edwin) of Fort Myers, FL, Paul Arent (Joy) of Webster, Kathleen Arent of Shrewsbury, Joanne Gallant of Whitinsville and John Mattson of Oxford; and his close friend Jim Ferdella of Leicester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Leicester Senior Center.
