She was predeceased by : her husband Stephen J. Garvey, Jr.; her parents, Redmond J Larner and Alice P Larner of Braintree; and her siblings-in-law, William Garvey of Hanson, Patricia Kelly RN of Quincy, John Garvey of Topsfield and Joanne Garvey RN of Milton.

She is survived by : her daughter Kathleen Cowing (Michael) of Hanover; her granddaughter Michaela Cowing; her sisters, Virginia Larner of Paris, France and Alice Larner of Braintree; and her sister-in-law MaryAnn Rogers of Bridgewater. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Holy Family Parish, 403 Union Street, Rockland or Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Dr, Norwell MA.
