We announce the death of Florence J. Lydon of Rockland, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 93. Florence will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. McCarty and Sara A. McCarty; her siblings, Kathleen Stanton and Charles McCarty; and her husband Mark J. Lydon.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Lydon (Kathy Dahlstrom), Susan Keenan (James), Joseph Lydon, Teresa Kyller (Michael) and Joanne Morris.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence's memory may be made to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society at St. Bridget Church in Abington or to Croi Health in Norwell.
