He is survived by: his children, Charleen Cherwek, John Gallagher, Tricia Gallagher, Kathleen Mahoney, Jeanne Mann and Jamie Gallagher; and his grandchildren, James, John, Patrick, Owen, Bridget, Evan and Katherine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
