He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl B. Ketterer and Mary Ellen King; his stepfather Richard King; and his pets, Magnum, Pepe and Fenway.
He is survived by: his significant other Judy Ketterer (Gallahue); his children, Brian (Ryan) of Malden, Taylor and Taryn Ketterer of Rockland; his pets, Tek and Cora of Rockland; his siblings, David Ketterer of Cincinnati, OH and Barbara Rechtin (Don) of Jacksonville, FL; and his siblings-in-law, James Gallahue of Weymouth, PJ Gallahue (Kim) of Whitman, MaryRose Grady (Chip) of Mashpee, Trish Gallahue (Bob) of Cotuit and Laurie Nigro of Fall River. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews.
