We announce the death of Nell Sjolin of Rockland, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 97. Nell will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Crosslin and Eldie Crosslin; and her husband Bert. She is survived by: her sons, Brian of Abington and Gary (Evelyn) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Elizabeth and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Sophie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel (650 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02170). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (201 Granite St, Quincy, MA 02169). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
