She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Kourtelidis; and her siblings, Michael, Eleftheria and Agape. She is survived by: her children, Semeon Kourtelidis (Marie), Nick Kourtelidis and John Kourtelidis (Athina); her grandchildren, Steven, Christopher, Eftyghia, Theodosia, Adrianna and Alexandra; and her sisters, Sophia and Eleni. She is also survived by her great Grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in Eftychia's memory may be made to St. Nectarios church or at St. Jude Children's Hospital.
