With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances (Obrien) Scanlon of Roslindale, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Scanlon; her daughter Maura Scanlon McRae; her parents, Arthur O'Brien and Frances O'Brien (Mastauskas); and her brother Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Tricia Scanlon (John Lonergan) of East Bridgewater, Caroline Peucker (Mark) of Stoughton and Siobhan Dullea (John) of Westwood; her grandchildren, Beth, Kate, Sarah, Christian, Liam and Maggie; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Thanos, Riley and Teddy; and her siblings, Henry John, Carol and James.
