He is survived by : his wife Ann Sweeney (McCool); and his children, Mike Sweeney (Lindsey Pitt) of San Francisco, Matt Sweeney (Sharon Dussault) of Amesbury and Meagen Sweeney (Stephen Mitchell) of West Roxbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
