He is survived by: his children, France A. Neff Walker (Chico Walker), Eric Neff, Magalie Neff, Shelah Neff, Natacha Atey and Kofivi Syenhwe; and his siblings, Jean, Robert Neff and Margareth Philoctète. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a large circle of family and friends.
