Marilyn R. Mayo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn R. Mayo of Roslindale, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marilyn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Domenic Mayo and Angelina Mayo (Archidiacono); her sister Virginia Mayo Pearson of Roslindale; her nieces, Jennifer Dioguardi (Frank) and Christina Pearson (Oliver); and her nephew Carl W. Pearson Jr. (Meg). She was also cherished by great nieces and nephews, as well as cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (1689 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132).
