He was predeceased by: his parents, Nikolas Koufos and Katherine Masganas. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Kelley (Thomas Kelley) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Aubrey Mallard and Landon Kelley; his siblings, Denise McKenna, Peter Ceriani of Quincy and Angelo Koufos of Roslindale; and his siblings' children, Nelissa Flagg, Arielle McKenna and Mike Flagg. He is also survived by 3 great nieces and one great nephew.
