He was predeceased by: his sister Lanie Mizrahi (O'Connell) of Boca Raton, FL. He is survived by: his wife Sue Smedile (Weschrob); his children, Philip Smedile Jr. of Dedham, MA, Christine Beinhacker (David) of Alexandria, VA and Stephen Smedile (Janet) of Davenport, FL.; his grandchildren, Stephen Smedile Jr., Helena Beinhacker, Isabella Smedile and Juliette Smedile; his brother Bob Smedile of Haverhill, MA.; and his friend Arthur Fink of Stoughton, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery at 990 Lagrange Street in West Roxbury, following the Mass. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Phil's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
