In the sacred silence of farewell, Vasilios is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vasilios' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julia Margetis (Stathas); and his children, Ioannis Margetis, Stellios Margetis (Sophia) and Angeliki Kostadilidis (Kostas). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, and many nieces nephews relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church (39 Belgrade Ave, Roslindale, MA 02131). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (95 Forest Hills Ave, Boston, MA 02130).
