The passing of Victoria J. Holmes of Roslindale, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 20, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold W. "Sonny" Holmes; her child Robin A. Holmes; and her siblings, Mary Innello, Pasquale DiStasi, Anna Pepe and Nunzio DiStasi.
She is survived by: her children, Gail M. McGloin (Lauren DeVasto) of Norwood and Mark Holmes of Roslindale; her sister Delores Kuhn of Dedham; her grandchildren, Steven McGloin (Kelsey) of Wrentham, Jeffrey McGloin of San Diego, Victoria "Vicki" McGloin (Ryan Ondrejko) of Foxborough and Michael McGloin (Rebekah) of Norwood; her great grandchildren, Christian Carter and Lucas McGloin; and her friends, Thelma Naymie, Lena and Frank Bianco. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A wake will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home (2055 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (1689 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132).
