He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Sam" Sampson and Eleanor Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sampson (Maihos); his children, Neil Sampson, Jr. and Nicole Peura (Christopher Peura); his granddaughters, Jayla of Rowley, Massachusetts. and Joliene Peura of Rowley, Massachusetts.; and his siblings, Janet Evitts (Tommy) of Madison, NH, Elaine Jackson (Richie) of Danvers, MA, David Sampson (Sandy) of Ossipee, NH, Paul Sampson (Vicki) of Kansas, Dana Sampson of Beverly, MA and Amy Sampson of Middleton, NH..
