He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmon Herrick and Mary Herrick (Haskel); and his brothers, Joseph and John Herrick. He is survived by: his wife Karen Herrick (Quimby) of Rowley; his children, Faith-anne Herrick of Danvers, Amanda Herrick of Danvers and Frank (Maddelyn) of Rowley; and his siblings, Carmon Herrick (Christine) of Wenham, Ralph Herrick (Joanne), William (Deb) and Katherine Scott (Richard) of Amesbury. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
