Blair Sr. in Rutland, Massachusetts, born in Richford, Vermont, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Blair (Colleen) of Rutland; and his siblings, Donna Dunwoody of Woodside, Brenda Jatrinski of Rutland, Allen W. Blair, Beverly Carden and Joyce Cormier. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
