In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frederick leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Frederick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Kevin J. Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Higgins (Wilcon); his sons, Daniel Jack Higgins of San Diego, CA and Michael John Higgins of Sagamore Beach; his sibling Tracy Ann Higgins (Bill Enos) of East Falmouth; his pets, Tessie and Reggie; and his mother Ann Marie Higgins (Carrigan).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cartmell - Davis Funeral Home (373 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
