She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Burns and Helen Burns (Sullivan). She is survived by: her husband Bill; her daughter Alison Spurgeon (Scott) of San Diego; her grandchildren, Julia, Holly and Cat; her daughter Anne Mello (Joseph) of Bedford, NH; her granddaughters, Sarah and Charlotte; her daughter Beth Coate (Brian) of Marblehead; her grandchildren, Eliza and Alex; her son Brad Maloon (Marlene) of Salem; and her grandchildren, Eva, Ana and Michael.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Josefa Rivera de Grateraux's Funeral Service (84 Washington Square, Salem, MA 01970). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (15 Hawthorne Blvd, Salem, MA 01970). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (57 Orne St, Salem, MA 01970).
