He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Karaganis and Eleni Karaganis (Belesi); and his sisters, Maria Karaganis, Panagiota Karaganis and Anna Andromidas.
He is survived by: his brothers, Anastasios Karaganis of Haverhill and Elias Karaganis of North Attleboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
