He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan Pacheco and Maria Diaz. He is survived by : his wife Maria Pacheco Tejada; his children, Carlos Juan Pacheco (Laura), Coride A. Pacheco, Carolina M. Pacheco, Caridania M. Pacheco and Carina M. Pacheco; his grandchildren, Corinthia, Dominick, Ashaley of Lisandro, CJ, Bryan, Edrick, Ramsey, Vincent, Adam, Anaya and Anderson; and his siblings, Jose "Chile" Aquile Diaz, Quisquella DeLeon and Emenegilda "Mellisa" Garcia (Elido A. Pacheco). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 84 Washington Square, Salem, MA 01970.
