He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Silva and Eva Silva (Duchene). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (Killeen); his grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Alison, Ashley, Shaun, Jack and Mia; and his cousin Lorraine Thompson of New Hampshire.
