It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Perroni Sr. of Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perroni and Ann Perroni (Corrao); his wife Barbara P. Perroni (O'Connell); his son Stephen Perroni; and his sisters, Cosima and Margaret Perroni.
He is survived by: his children, John Perroni (Alice DaSilva) of Peabody, Sharon Bird (John) of East Wakefield, NH, Linda Raye (Charles) of Exeter, NH, Kathleen Richard (Arthur) of Salem and David Perroni of Salem; his grandchildren, Melissa, Michael, Shawna, Leanne, Kevin, Charles, Michelle, Nicole, Anthony, Tyler and Cameron; and his brother-in-law George O'Connell (Lorraine). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many lifelong and dear friends.
