He is survived by: his stepmother Kelley Slattery of Danvers; his siblings, Joelene DeForrest (Andrew) of Haverhill, Taylor Talbot of Danvers and Zachary Talbot of Danvers; his grandmother Judith Talbot of Salem; his siblings' children, Ryleigh, Ava DeForrest and Landon DeForrest; his uncles, Ray, Kenny, Robert (Robin), Albert and Dana; his birth mother Shelene Swenson of Lowell; and his grandparents, Jake Wroblicki of Brimfield and Jacqueline Ouimette of Springfield. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
