She is survived by: her daughter Tara O'Leary MacCarthy (Kenny); her grandchildren, Dr. Keira Martinez (Jennifer Martinez) and Connor O'Leary (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Eve Martinez and Saoirse O'Leary. She is also survived by her loving extended family and dear, life-long friends.
