She was predeceased by: her spouse Dr. Rene A. Desjardins; her parents, Edmond Tondreau and Alice Tondreau (Goulet); her granddaughter Melissa Desjardins; her siblings, Normand Tondreau and Gloria Rutherford; and her children-in-law, Richard Julien and Jackie Desjardins.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Desjardins of Oxford, NC, Marie Julien of Camden Wyoming, DE, Gerard Desjardins (Christine) of Wells, ME, Michael Desjardins (Leanne) of Newport, VT and Mark Desjardins (Joanne) of Germany; and her grandchildren, Renee Hanson (Mark), Celeste Cassino (Anthony), Anthony Desjardins (Tawny), Nicole Richards (Stephen), Mathew Desjardins, Gregory Desjardins (Carolyn) and Aidan Desjardins. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
