He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide G. Ouellette and Marie P. Ouellette (Dube). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Leuven (Andre), Scott Ouellette and Michael Ouellette (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kendall, Luke Leuven, Alexandra, Coleman and Quinn Ouellette; his siblings, Richard Ouellette (Sandra) of Winston Salem, NC and Pauline Gaivin of Yelm, WA; and his close friend Paul Barrett of Danvers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Paul's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
