She is survived by: her parents, Debra Davis and Philip Davis of Swampscott, MA; her sister Stephanie J. Davis; her daughter Rachel; her pets, Coco, Addy and Gabby; her friend Rachel; her uncle Murray; and her aunt June Davis (family: Judy Davis, Steven Fox, Terri Bernsohn, Barry Fox, Elaine Shapiro, Jim Cornblatt) of Salem, MA.

Donations in Rachel's memory may be made to organizations reflecting the causes she fiercely cared about: the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the Endometriosis Foundation of America (EndoFound), and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
