It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Arno (Salem, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arno and Josephine Arno (Bertuccio); and his siblings, Joseph Arno, Eleanor Gaudette, Ann Casellini and Adele McKinnon.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Arno (Horsman); his children, Salem Firefighter Richard Arno Jr. (Pamela) of Salem, Deborah Arno of Salem and Valerie Maddocks (Harold) of Southern Maine; his grandchildren, Amanda Caron (Michael) of Bedford, NH, Alison Ospina (Francisco) of Salem, Nicholas Arno (Lauren MacMurdo) of Georgetown and Jessica Leone (Carlo) of Danvers; his great grandchildren, Emilia, Ellie, Francisco, Santiago, Jaxson, Michael and Brooklynn; and his brother-in-law William McKinnon of Danvers.
