He is survived by: his spouse Claire Field (Lavoie); his grandchildren, Shannon, Derek, Shane, Erin, Paula, Tommy, Julie, Jason and Stephen; his sisters-in-law, Paula Field and Jackie Field; Richard Field (Kathy), Carol Alvino, Janet Watkins, Kathy Marino (Paul) and Jacqueline Field (John Swenbeck). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (85 Federal St, Salem, MA 01970). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
