He was predeceased by : his father Robert Sweeney of Danvers. He is survived by : his mother Ruth Sweeney (Dynan) of Beverly; his children, Patrick Sweeney of Clarksville, TN, Matthew Sweeney of Salem and Kelly Nina (Juan) of Clarksville, TN.; his siblings, Michael Sweeney (Pamela) of Londonderry, NH, Carolyn Moscato (Albert) of Naples, FL, Paul Sweeney (Stephen Ledbetter) of Chestnut Hill, Howard Sweeney (Rita) of North Waterboro, ME and David Sweeney (Rebecca) of Newburyport; his grandson Grayson Nina; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Sweeney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and cousins, and countless friends.
In keeping with Bobby's generous spirit, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to The Arc Foundation supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
