He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stevens and Helen Stevens (Flynn); his niece Beth Stevens-Quintilian; and his sisters, Helen and Celia (Edward).
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stevens (Gora) of Salem; his brothers, Robert Stevens (Lynda) of Henderson, NV and Donald Stevens (Theresa) of Salem; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Gora, Andrea Gora Lovewell, Ruby Gora, Kenna Hayden, Bryan Gora, Tony Gora, Wendy Giompaolo, Julie Urbanowicz, Keven Stevens, Scott Stevens and Shawn Stevens.
