He is survived by: his mother Jean Ann Bowlen (Morrill); his son Gary William Bowlen; his close friend Dianne Warwick; his stepdaughter Nicole Snipes; and his siblings, Nancy Bowlen, Jennifer Figueredo and Robert Bowlen Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
