John touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While John’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bucciarelli and Eleanor Bucciarelli; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Michael and Armando; and his sister Debi. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Twomey, LeBlanc & Conte Funeral Home (193 High St, Newburyport, MA 01950). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the North End Boat Club (282 Merrimac St, Newburyport, MA 01950). The military honors will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Office of Philanthropy Glioblastoma Research Funds.
