He is survived by: his wife Kathleen O'Toole; his children, Mark O'Toole of Las Vegas, NV and Meghan O'Toole (Vanessa Flick) of Boston, MA; his granddaughter Madeline; and his sister Regina Murdock (O'Toole) of Shelburne Falls, MA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
