He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Francis Carlson and Catherine Marie Carlson (McCormick); his brothers, Franny Carlson of Florida and Ronny Carlson (Sherri) of Philadelphia; his cousins, Liz, Kevin, Helen, Bette and Kay of Philadelphia; Lucy Carlson (Mocio).
He is survived by: his daughter Kennedy Carlson (Tami); his granddaughters, Destiny Munoz, Chloe Munoz and Giselle Munoz; his nieces, Katie Carlson, Cara Carlson (Ty), Ashleigh Baisch, Alyssa Baisch, Savannah Flemmings and Charlee Flemmings; his cousins, Bill, Kathy (Dave), Jeneen, Valerie (Pete), Nicole (Phil) and Joe Bashwinger; and his friends, Toni Gleason, Rich Havens, Steve Braconi, Sue Vibberts, Ken Matty, David Greenman and Yvonne Frusch Anderson.
