He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Antonini; his siblings, Luciano "Lucky" Antonini and Claudia Perault; his stepson Ryan McAuliffe; and his parents, Antonio Antonini and Maria Antonini.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce McAuliffe of East Sandwich; his daughter Colleen Bruetsch (Jason); his grandchild Teagan of Pembroke; his daughter Erin Antonini of East Boston; his grandson Peter Antonini; his stepson Matt McAuliffe (Ellen); his stepgrandchildren, MJ and Max of Centerville; his sister Mary Lou Antonini of Somerville; Sarah Blake of Yarmouth.
