He was predeceased by: his son James Arnold Springer of Washington; his parents, Merle Springer of Lynn and Katherine Mongeau; his stepfather Joseph Mongeau; and his sisters, Sandra Abeyta of California and Joann Samms of California.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann (Willard); his daughter Diane Miller; his children-in-law, James Miller and Shannon Johannson of Washington; his grandson Luke Springer of Washington; his brother Henry Springer (Hank); and his siblings-in-law, Patrice Springer of California, Lois Libbey, Bradley Libbey Sr. of Lynn and Ruth. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
