He is survived by: his parents, Christina Emmith (Kimball) and Terrance Emmith; his brother Stephen Emmith; his nephew John Emmith; his sister Jamie Emmith; his children, Serenity and Michael; the mothers of children, Liann Duyon and Karin Benjamin; and his cousin Kara Healey. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, and nephews.
