We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, at the age of 94, Joseph Belmonte Sr. of Saugus, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanna Belmonte (Pastore) and Alphonso Belmonte of Italy; and his siblings, Nicholas, Angelo, Rose, Janice, Carmella, Frances and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Mary.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Homes Inc. (331 Main St, Everett, MA 02149). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Church (250 Revere St, Revere, MA 02151). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
