He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. and Mary T. Blake (MacKenzie). He is survived by: his children, Timothy J. Blake of Revere and Alicia M. Blake (Ralph Savarese) of Florida; his siblings, Anne Blake (Jenny Crampe) of Boston, Susan Dunkerley (late Phil Light) of Newton, NH, Paul Blake (Kim Baker) of Rowley and John Blake (Dennis Hardesty) of Los Angeles, CA.; and his sister-in-law Michelle Audet of Revere. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
