He was predeceased by: his wife Frances H. (Carter); his parents, William Kramich, Sr. and Helen Kramich (Panico); and his sister Victoria Kramich. He is survived by: his children, William J. Kramich and Kathleen Toth (Mark) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily and Kaley.
