He is survived by: his close friend Morgan Schrader; his father Dick; his stepmother Peg; his siblings, Heather Ciaramitaro (Frank), Jason (Betsy), David (Sara), Zach (Audrey) and Erica Gliddon (Steve); his stepsiblings, Mari Scranton (Kevin), Michaela Mavilia (Bobby) and David Mavilia (Kaylee); his uncle Chris; his aunt Linda Lee; his cousin Tori Lee; his pet Turbo; his nieces and nephews, Franco, Cristi, Angeleena Ciaramitaro, Curtis, Catherine Lee, Jameson, Andrew, Amelia Lee and Miles Lee; and his brothers, Cole Pasqualucci and Brendan Deary.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (https://afsp.org), a cause for which Adam and Morgan participated in fundraising hikes, and the Nephcure Foundation (https://nephcure.org), in loving support of his brother Cole.
